Matt is a long time resident of the Sedalia/Green Ridge area. The Mergen family moved to the Green Ridge area in late 1800's and have been raising cattle and row crop farming there for over 125 years. Matt and his wife Kari live on their farm only 3 miles from the original Mergen farm. Matt enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, hunting, fishing, riding his Harley and working on the farm.
